Investigating Listening to English Pop Song in Augmenting Vocabulary Mastery: A Case Study of Indonesian Undergraduate Students' Views

Mastering vocabulary is one of the difficulties for EFL learners in learning English due to various factors such as diverse cultures, language constructions, and motivation. Thus, elevating needs promising activities listening pop songs. This study investigates songs augment mastery Indonesian undergraduate students’ views. used a descriptive qualitative research design. The participants this were 20 university students from public private universities with distinct majors Jakarta, Indonesia. instruments employed questionnaire interview. results indicate that promotes potential activity augmenting their other skills.
